BBC RADIO OXFORD
As a result of Rosie's and my work as artists in residence at Oxford University's Wytham Woods, I have been appearing regularly on Sunday afternoons Radio Oxford programme hosted by Wes Smith. Last Sunday was the most recent of these interviews, and on previous shows I have taken as my guests to the studio Nigel Fisher who is in charge of the woods, Dani Lynton a bat researcher from the University, and in July we hosted Wesley at the Wytham Midsummer Festival of Arts, which is held in the village. Rosie and I have also both spoken about our work at various stages with Jo Thoenes on her afternoon show.
The BBC iPlayer allows anyone online and interested in these shows to listen again, but each show is replaced after seven days by the latest one. The technicians at the BBC have promised to send me the edited sound files from some of the previous shows, which I will add to the blog. If you live in Oxford or are online, I will be talking next about art and printmaking with Wesley on the 23rd October. Do listen in.
